Well, at least it seems as if it's only the personality and bio sections that need improving... I'll take that as a good sign, as I was honestly preparing for the worst.

Other Characters: Poscle.
Name: Iron Father Poscle
From: Based off the Warhammer 40k Universe.
Appearance: Wears black and silver power armor, with visible bionic replacements of his body parts on his upper right leg, entire left arm below the shoulder, and right hand, with more cybernetic replacements not visible underneath. Fully automated, with emphasis on dexterity and repairs as a prime focus for his modifications. Has a servo pack with four mechanical arms, which feature two clamps, a flamer, and a plasma cutter. Also has a couple of mechadendrites.
Age: At least 10000 years old... and he hasn't even been interred into a Dreadnought yet! (Fixed due to an inaccuracy regarding when the Horus Heresy started. Yeah, it was at least that long ago.)
Gender: Male.... if you can consider somebody with a complete conversion to bionics male and not a robot instead...
Personality: Like any member of the Iron Hands, Poscle hates the flesh and any percieved signs of weaknesses, due to a flaw running through the entirety of the Iron Hands gene-seed. However, even as he's supposed to be extremely puritanical in his beliefs (which he still often comes across as), he still ends up being caring and compassionate. Well, in his own way, often taking a deep interest in making sure each Iron Hands astartes augumentation regimen is as close to what suits them as possible, as well as offering to give such bionics to those from other space marine chapters (and even the occassional Imperial Guardsman!) to those who have saved him in battle. He denies it, but helping these people get rid of some of their weaknesses (as well as a good portion of the Iron Hands themselves) is the real reason he denies every offer to be interred in a dreadnought--you can't do much engineering in a walking tank! He has much trouble expressing his thanks for the deeds of those who have proven themselves worthy in other ways; however, the few manners he has don't involve speaking at all.
This is because he started life on Medusa. Any attempt to make a battle cry there would just result in a mouthful of grit. So like every other member of the Iron Hands, Poscle typically remains silent and only speaks when he needs to, typically letting his facial expressions (particularly glares and stares) and actions do the talking. And with the long service he's done for the chapter, he's steadily become more loyal to the "Emperor of Mankind", to the point he's fanatically loyal and not a single chaos god could even tempt him.
Having been raised in a heavily racist and specist Imperium, he strongly hates Xenos, the Imperium's derogatory slang term for virtually any type of alien. Most others in the Imperium feel the same way, although to differing degrees. And having been raised within the Iron Hands, which hate any sign of weakness, he also hates any weaknesses he can see with a firey passion. However, there have been cases where either a Xenos or somebody he percieves as weak actually manages to help him in a notable enough way to gain his good will! Unfortunately, when faced with the decision to keep up appearances or actually return the compassion, he always chooses the former, only choosing the latter if he's certain nobody else will know.
Backstory: A cybernetic left hand. That was the very first bionic implant he got as a result of induction into the Iron Hands, fittingly enough. He was placed straight within the ranks of the Scout Marines, learning how to use a sniper rifle and shotgun as well as how to strike where the enemy was the weakest. This was the traditional way of inducting new recruits into a chapter, and so it was for Poscle. Unlike most adepts, Poscle proved particularly adept with technology, even among the technologically adept Iron Hands. This earned him the notice of the Adeptus Mechanicus, whose tech-priests not only made sure the machines of the Imperium were built and repaired properly, but also taught the Techmarines of each Space Marine chapter, which the Iron Hands enjoyed a particularly close relationship with.
Still, the Tech-Priests did not deem Poscle experienced enough to recruit him right away. They let him have a couple years in a Devastator Squadron, to learn how to fire a bolter and use heavy weapons to devastate heavy infantry and destroy tanks. Then the Tech-Priests sent the order for Poscle (and several other candidates they were waiting to recruit--you don't just send a single candidate over to Mars to learn the sacred techniques of the Ommissiah one at a time! That's a waste of a light cruiser!) to be sent to Mars for training as a Tech Priest. Unsurprisingly, he was particularly good at it, and outranked most of his peers in skill and proficiency.
After a lengthy training regimen on Mars, Poscle got re-introduced into the Iron Hands as an Iron Father, servo-pack included. He had surprising skill on the battlefield for the weapons he chose, although he has been known to ditch his power-axe and bolt pistol temporarily for a Servitor with the appropriate backpack and a heavy weapon, still retaining the same skill he had as a Devastator using those weapons. And not only that, but his surprising compassion (something noteworthy of true space marine heros) meant that he took a particular interest in making sure each Iron Hands' bioaugumentation regimen was the best for them, even taking the time to invent a new kind of bionics for some of them, several times. Nobody considered this a weakness then.
However, the Horus Heresy changed that. As this is not a history lesson on the Horus Heresy itself, I will skip to the relevant parts. The Drop Pod Massacre eliminated a great number of the Iron Hand's Dreadnoughts and Terminator Armor, leaving the few that still belonged to the chapter treated as prized relics. This was also where Primarch Fulgrim killed Ferrus Mannus, with the Iron Hands consequently crushed in body and spirit after these events. Poscle was also affected, and became significantly more withdrawn afterwards, but did not fall to chaos.
However, even as the rest of the Iron Hands became progressively more withdrawn, many a small event where Poscle had been saved by the hands of an unexpected savior led to him opening up a little and becoming more compassionate. However, in a chapter continually investigated by Inquisitors due to large amounts of technology use, Poscle has learned to not be so overt with his compassion, and struggles to his day to balance covering his compassion up with embracing it. And all the while, his skills in cybernetics and beliefs that the flesh is weak and iron is strong have only increased, though deep inside he knows this isn't always true.
Moral Standing: He is a weapon of war totally loyal to the Emperor of Mankind and utterly devout in his belief that flesh is weak and metal is strong. His universe also has Black and Grey Morality, so that could be a factor too.
There's definitely more than a few reasons you can see him as evil, or just a huge jerk. At least he has one redeeming trait...
Dreams: The first thing he dreams about is removing "weaknesses" in others, primarily in the Iron Hands Legion. Now that he's no longer in contact with them, trying to remove these "weaknesses" in other members of Ink City is still the highest priority for him. Provided they don't try to kill him first.
His second priority is to become one with the machines he adores so much, and sees this as the supreme ideal to aspire to--however, if it weren't for a quirk of his personality, he'd already have accomplished this, as described above.
His third, very unconcious and very much pushed aside dream is that of becoming a Space Marine hero, one worthy of note even by the other loyalist chapters. But having had to hide his compassion for so long, he finds it hard to progress this way, or even admit that he wants to do this!
Fears: Like any other member of the Iron Hands, Poscle is afraid of his own flesh, and the weaknesses posed by it. This fear has been naturally extended to fear of any sort of weakness. For the most part, this fear manifests in the form of hatred.
Oddly enough, he's also afraid people may discover he's not all he seems to be, and find out that he's actually compassionate. This was probably brought upon him by the multiple checks on his chapter by the Inquisitors.
Extra: The best way to get Poscle to stop treating you like a jerk? Show him you aren't as weak nor as worthless as he thinks you are. And don't even try to explain why, as he'll just ignore your words altogether.
Character Location: Iron Hands Battle Barge: A simply enormous spaceship the Space Marines use, this is the largest class of warship used by the Adeptus Astartes.

However... despite it being (mostly) intact, there are a few notable things that aren't intact with this spaceship. The most notable of these is the fact that most of the engines of the spaceship--all the warp engines and most of the conventional engines--are completely gone. No evidence of tamering, no nothing--they're just gone. The Battle Barge still has a couple engines left to keep it in orbit, but these are not enough to get it anywhere fast, and are devoted full-time to keeping it in orbit.
The second most notable thing about the Battle Barge is that a large number of the Bombardment Turrets, Torpedo Tubes, Drop Pods, and Thunderhawks are either completely missing, irrepariably destroyed, or severely damaged. Poscle will eventually mark all the damaged areas with caution tape, as well as marking the working ones with reflective line green duct tape, both of which he'll end up getting from the Grocery Store. (Hey, it works, and it's easy to do!) However, the number of them which still work is just a few.
The third most notable thing is that the power system is mostly intact. There's some odd power fluctuation or other malfunction that Poscle has yet to figure out keeping it from running at full power, but for now it runs with just enough power to reliably power the engines, doors, lights, and machinery in the forge inside the Battle Barge. Poscle is well aware that firing the bombardment cannons and artillery tubes still left will undoubtedly tax the power systems, if not disable them outright.
Then there's the Battle Barge's industrial forge. This is the area Poscle spends the most time in within the Battle Barge, with plentiful supplies for engineering, many tools, and plenty of machines which aid in producing and implanting cybernetics, usually performing jobs hard or impossible to do with conventional tools. There's also various DNA testing machines in here as well. Its in this room that Poscle often wonders what the Iron Hands would do without one of their precious Battle Barges. He's not sure, but he doesn't ponder it for long, considering doing so a sign of weakness.
There are also enough sleeping quarters to house a small army, as well as a cafeteria capable of feeding it and enough storage for the food rations. While they were designed for a hardier folk than normal humans, a normal human might be able to eat some of those rations on the Battle Barge, but it's definitely not suggested. It's a better idea to get some food from the Warehouse than here, provided one does not have the digestive system of (or comparable to) a Space Marine.
Other areas within the battle barge include training rooms (for melee and ranged combat, primarily focused on the latter), the occassional large open expanse not filled with a room but left open for the building process, a bridge, a strategy room, and a small library filled with various Imperial docterines and books declaring and explaining the Iron Hands beliefs, as well as other, more general books regarding the Space Marines. Spare parchment and ink is still there, although the parchment, along with the books, are weathered and old, although not to extreme age. Poscle would likely react in anger if you defiled any of those books, accidentally or otherwise.
There's also a few onboard armories, scattered throughout. Poscle keeps these thoroughly locked up unless needed otherwise, although not all the equipment that should be there is. After all, he'd rather not risk a security breach.
The teleportation beacon to get up to the place lies on plot 68.

Writing Sample: Blasted Xenos! They're more naive then the Orks are, and yet they don't manage to get away with the stupid things they believe either! Did they really think their fleshy bodies were stronger than my extensive bionics? I gave them a glare to let them know they were completely wrong, and readied my Bolt Pistol, too.
Then as I saw their wide-eyed stare, I was reminded of my compas--I shouldn't be showing that here! I kept my guard up, as there was no point in leaving myself open to some Xenos!
